The Total Rewards Anaylst will:
1. Conduct job analysis, market analysis, pay and classification reviews and develop compensation recommendations and costing for the organization.
2. Evaluate jobs, determine pay grades and FLSA status, participates in compensation surveys, and performs associated analyses.
3. Prepares and presents summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information to the Total Rewards Director.
4. Works with HR Generalists in creating and evaluating job description content and assists in publishing and maintaining final job descriptions.
5. Works with the Talent Acquisition team on salary offer/promotion recommendations and approval process.
6. Ensures compensation data accuracy across HRIS database and compensation related platforms.
7. Assists during annual compensation and benefits processes, including annual market pricing exercises, merit increases, and benefits open enrollment.
8. Monitors eligibility, limitations, and restrictions of plan participations and ensures compliance with both plan provisions and government requirements.
9. Provides guidance and counsel to employees, HRIS representatives, and managers on the requirements and provisions of benefit programs and assist with the resolution of potential problems.
10. Develops, conducts and participates in a variety of presentations to inform and educate management and employees about changes to benefit plans, administrative practices and legislated requirements and programs.
11. Compiles, analyzes and reports benefit data including employee, benefit plan and financial for Benefit's strategic planning and evaluation, best practices and benchmark surveys.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
2. Two-three years of work experience as a Compensation/Benefits Analyst preferred.
3. Advanced proficiency with Office Applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Results-oriented with problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with actionable solutions.
5. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are required.
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Systems-Pay Factors, Lawson, and Cornerstone experience preferred.

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
