Onboarding
To ease the transition of new employees we provide a comprehensive New Hire Orientation program that provides you with:

- Ice breakers with fellow new hires and leader lunches to help you build connections
- Coffee with the CEO for new hires at the 90-day mark
The LEAP Program
We're proud to be the first health system in New Jersey to offer LEAP, a tuition-free education benefit for our employees. LEAP (Learning, Education and Advancement Program) makes educational growth accessible so employees can earn valuable credentials and degrees to advance their professional careers in health care. Through LEAP, you can access 1,000+ online learning options, ranging from bachelor's degrees to skill courses and English-language learning from academic institutions, including Arizona State University, The City University of New York (CUNY) and the University of Colorado, among others. The entire interface can be converted into Spanish, removing barriers for Spanish-speaking learners.
Tuition Assistance Program
Saint Peter's encourages you to continue your formal education through accredited degree and professional certification programs. We provide financial assistance for courses and professional examinations pertinent to healthcare related positions. Employees are eligible to receive reimbursement for up to a maximum of $5,250 for undergraduate and $7,460 for graduate studies per calendar year.
