And you can explore many health care career options as you grow and develop your skills.

The most satisfying aspect of my work at Saint Peter's is being able to help parents with their first moments in caring for their newborn. It brings me great pleasure seeing the smiles on their faces and hearing how helpful I've been during their stay here.

-Bria, Patient Care Technician, Mother and Baby Unit

When I see a mom's face light up when her baby latches for the first time, it's very rewarding. Saint Peter's is a University hospital that gives you a close-knit community feel. The support that I receive from management and my co-workers is remarkable. I love coming to work!

-Monica, Lactation Consultant

My department staff is wonderful. I believe they are the friendliest people I have ever worked with. They are there for me when I need them. I also appreciate the fact that they have high expectations of me. The culture here is to respect each other, enjoy our day and be a team.

-Valerie, Certified Medical Assistant

At Saint Peter's, I can use knowledge I have while always learning something new. I have become more confident in my interactions with my coworkers and patients, and I am able to precept new staff. This is a place where everyone feels like family, with the perfect community culture.
