The Supervisor of Billing will:
Supervises the Insurance Billing and Cashier Office staff; monitors accounts receivable indicators to optimize cash collections and eliminate problem areas; consults with Information Technology Dept. regarding specific A/R needs relating to accurate information, and governmental and third party rules and regulations; interacts with Medical Records, Admissions, Utilization Review and other departments regarding billing requirements; directs training and monitors work performance of billing and support staff, serves as a liaison with Electronic Billing Data vendor.

Requirements:
1. College degree in business; experience may be substituted for degree requirements.
2. Five years experience in all aspects of Patient Accounting Department.
3. Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
4. Knowledge of all DOH regulations and third- party reimbursement.
5. Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
