For Keeps
The Licensed Professional Therapist will:
- Coordinate the multidisciplinary treatment of the patient and family
- Implement the service and discharge plan as appropriate to the ages of the patients and to the developmental life cycle stage
- Function as an interdisciplinary team member in a specialty area
- Function as an interdisciplinary team member in a specialty area
Requirements:
- Masters from accredited Graduate School of Counseling or Masters in other area of human/social services.
- NJ Professional License: LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT. NPI and Medical Non Billing Provider Number are required; the application should be submitted to the State within the first 30 days of employment.
- Minimum of 1 year experience providing mental health services for children and families.
- A genuine respect and interest in working with the emotionally disturbed population.
- Knowledge of case management services mandatory.
- BLS Certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association within six months of employment.
