SPHS-Human Resources
The Lawson HRIS Analyst will:
- Support the configuration and maintenance of HR system structures, workflows, and business processes across all HR systems such as Lawson, Cornerstone, AbsenceSoft, and ServiceNow.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions using Lawson tools, Power BI, Access, and Microsoft 365 applications; integrate and reconcile data across multiple HR related systems.
- Troubleshoot system issues and conduct root-cause analysis for recurring or multi-system problems; implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design HR technology solutions that improve efficiency, user experience, and data integrity.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow HR forms, workflows, knowledge-base content, and self-service enhancements.
- Provide user training, documentation, and system guidance to improve proficiency and adoption.
- Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure HR data integrity across various HR systems, workflows, and interfaces.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting HR data, workforce reporting, analytics, or enterprise systems in a complex organizational environment; healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience working with HR systems and platforms such as Lawson (Infor), Cornerstone, AbsenceSoft, ServiceNow, or
- Proficiency in HRIS reporting tools; ability to create custom reports, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions across multiple HR systems.
- Strong analytical ability with experience validating, reconciling, interpreting, and presenting HR data. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience troubleshooting issues to identify and correct root causes.
- Ability to design workflows, forms, and routing logic within ServiceNow HR Case Management.
- Demonstrated use of Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Access, Forms, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Project management and HR technology certifications (such as PMI CAPM or IHRIM HRIP) preferred.
