Saint Peter's is bringing the Pediatric Emergency Medicine service line fully in-house and actively expanding the department. We are recruiting multiple physicians to build a larger, high-quality, hospital-employed Pediatric Emergency Medicine group.

Full-time compensation at Saint Peter's Healthcare System ranges from 288,000.00 - 350,000.00 USD, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, years of experience, academic and administrative appointment, and pre-established metrics on productivity/patient engagement/quality. Pediatric Emergency Department Opportunity Highlights
- Over 25,000 annual pediatric ED visits - (patients under 18)
- Dedicated pediatric emergency services
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment
- Schedule: 9-10 hr shifts, 120 hrs/month
- Full time and per diem opportunities available
Physician Requirements
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
- PEM Fellows graduating in 2026 encouraged to apply
- MD/DO licensure in the State of New Jersey
- Must qualify for Saint Peter's University Hospital Liability insurance
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Current CDS and DEA required
