Saint Peter's is the 5th hospital worldwide to earn Magnet status SIX times in a row. Our team of award-winning nurses is growing, and we are looking for talented, compassionate RNs to join our team.

The RN Women and Children Float Pool will:

  • Be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing team
  • Utilize excellent assessment skills to determine the health status of assigned patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards
  • Ensure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of Care
  • Administer medications and parenteral therapies in accordance with policy
  • Meticulously document all aspects of patient care


Requirements:

  • BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provider) certification Part I required as defined by primary specialty
    unit assigned*
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provider) certification Part II obtained during clinical orientation as
    defined by primary specialty unit assigned*
  • ACLS certification obtained during clinical orientation as defined by primary specialty unit
    assigned*
  • PALS certification obtained during clinical orientation as defined by primary specialty unit
    assigned*
  • ECG course obtained during clinical orientation as defined by primary specialty unit assigned*


FT Nights

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
