Image Processing Assistant
Radiology Diagnostic

The Image Processing Assistant will:

  • Receive patients, and their families and directing them to the appropriate areas
  • Process all radiology imaging requests
  • Answer phones
  • As needed, act as a back up to the Radiology Scheduling Staff, schedules routine appointments and explains any necessary preparations with complete accuracy


Requirements:

  • Requires HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Solid administrative skills to compose short correspondence and memos.
  • Superior communication skills to interact with our patients as well as internal and external customers.
  • Must be computer literate, possess the ability to adapt to new systems and master them upon training.
  • Intermediate technical skills necessary as well as the ability to communicate technical information to individuals or in a small group setting.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.


We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
