The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.

Pastoral Care
The CHAPLAIN Per Diem will:
- Minister to patients.
- Minister to families.
- Minister to the Hospital community.
- Participate in Team Ministry.
- Promote good public relations.
- Demonstrate efficient and thorough administrative ministry.
Requirements:
- Denominational endorsement.
- Minimum of one unit of CPE, two units preferred.
- Exceptions for Ordained Ministers approved by Diocese of Metuchen Clergy Personnel Office.
- Certification or eligibility for CC or COC.
