The Supervisor CBORD will:
Responsible for supervising the Call Center Associates, managing all aspects of technology/CBORD NSS Nutrition Service Suite and how it relates to the hospital electronic medical record, develops and maintains training manual for Call Center Associates, analyzes audits and reports using CBORD data, manages food allergies as it relates to patient safety, educates nursing and patient care technicians on diet order entry and room service, analyzes patient care menu in accordance with NJDOH standards, maintains downtime menus and downtime policy and procedure, tracks for Finance the LTACH enteral feeding for fiscal reimbursement, oversees and analyzes Call Management System, reviews and revises call center policies and procedures, and creates holiday menus and maintains inventory of patient menus.

Requirements:
• Experience in technology preferred
• B.S. Degree in food and Nutrition is preferred.
• One (1) to three (3) years experience in Food Service/Call Center operations preferred.
