The Clinical Coordinator Oncology will:
  • Provide coordination of resources and activities.
  • Interact with all Hospital Departments to initiate, coordinate and maintain optimum patient care as appropriate to the ages of the patient's growth and development through the life cycle factors (Adults, Geriatrics).
  • Actively promote customer satisfaction as well as a positive work environment.
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care activities consider growth and development factors appropriate to the age (Adults, Newborn, Children, Geriatrics) in collaboration with the Nurse Manager.
  • Report any significant changes in the condition of the Unit, any incidents and/or personnel problems.
  • Maintain knowledge of and is responsible for Nursing Quality Improvement activities on assigned shift.


Requirements:
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
  • BSN required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in specialty preferred
  • BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
