The Facilities Coordinator will:
Responsible for document management related to the various capital projects, assist with the bidding process, and acts as a point of contact for external stakeholders. This role will assist the facility director and manager with various capital projects and act as a liaison for the facilities team and external companies.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Applied Science or experience in related field preferred.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction and/or facilities.

• Working knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Joint Commission Tracer application preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD application systems.

• Professional communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
