The Coordinator Inpatient Wound Continuum Per Diem RN will:

  • Perform patient assessments, implement care plans, and adhere to established standards of care.
  • Develop individual plan of care and goals with the patient.
  • Implement care plans, adhere to established standards of care and provides care as ordered by physician.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of intervention and revise plan of care as appropriate.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation.
  • Takes immediate action in an emergency situation as area demands.
  • Maintain a safe environment.
  • Assume responsibility and accountability for nursing care on assigned group of patients.
  • Demonstrate professional practice responsibility.
  • Address education needs of patient and significant other.


Requirements:

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
  • BSN preferred or must be obtained within three (3) years of hire date
  • ACLS certification required or obtained during clinical orientation
  • Wound Care Certification required within 1 year of hire.


We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
