The Assistant Nurse Office Manager will:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and organizational policies.
- Delegate nursing tasks appropriately based on licensure, training, and competency, following NJ Board of Nursing delegation guidelines.
- Support daily clinical operations, helping to manage patient flow, prioritize care needs, and ensure appropriate staffing throughout the unit.
- Conduct rounding on patients and staff to assess care quality, safety adherence, and patient experience.
- Ensure adherence to clinical safety protocols, including medication administration, infection control, and emergency procedures
Requirements:
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a physician practice/healthcare
setting. - Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
- Requires outstanding interpersonal skills in order to deal effectively with a diverse group of
callers, physicians, patients, visitors and other healthcare professionals. - The ability to use sound judgment and act independently and have strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Experience with budgets, accounts receivable, and practice management.
